Make an appointment to apply for, or renew an Australian passport (for persons aged 16 and over). This is a one (1) or five (5) page application* depending on your circumstances.
Please note: All applicants aged 16 and over must lodge their application in person. For those applicants aged 16 and 17, a legal guardian is also required to attend the appointment.

This optional 5-year validity passport is available to persons aged 75 and over. Applicants may also opt for a 10 year passport for $395.
